BIO

My coaching philosophy when it comes to training is "optimal progression is never given, but earned". This quote entails that for one to achieve their goal(s), they must put in the time and effort. I call this the Clementality.

My job is to ensure that there is accountability between you and I in terms of following an personal exercise program tailored to your own personal goals, and to help make the right choices when it comes to nutrition. My goal is to help you find balance with your schedule to put in the work, whether that is in or outside the gym.

I want you to implement what you will learn throughout the journey, and turn it to a lifestyle. This is called discipline, and it will become habitual throughout the rest of your life. Do you have what it takes?
